However, I want to keep it simple enough that someone with no experience of the format is going to be able to understand the combos - if you have any combos like that in your deck, please make sure to explain them really well so that new people can understand how to replicate the combo themselves in those games.

I don't want to say you can't include that kind of thing because it can be very cool and important to see those things for someone new to the format who only knows V era interactions. Ease of use and Explanations - I think complicated combos can seem really intimidating to players new to the format.
#Pale moon vanguard deck list series
Try to keep any cards that aren't from V series as cheap as possible, preferably under a couple of dollars, and if you can avoid using expensive V series cards too, go for it - bonus points (metaphorical bonus points) if you make a microbudget deck that someone totally new to Vanguard could try! Promos should be avoided if possible as they are not always easily obtained depending on region but if you think it's necessary or it's one that's quite accessible, go for it. Otherwise, anything goes but I think keeping as many V series cards in the deck as possible and mostly relying on Precolle Strides is what is going to be best. Is the deck going to be something a player with only V series cards is going to be able to obtain without excessive cost? I think the only thing that should be totally avoided from your decks are the Zeroth Dragons because I think the prices of those are what cause a lot of confusion and misinformation about premium being an expensive format and I want to make it clear to new players that they are by no means essential to playing the format.

I would love to make these kind of megathreads a semi-regular thing (for all formats!) so I'm probably going to start doing them a couple of weeks after every premium-relevant release if this one is well received! A common thing I hear is that there is a lack of information regarding premium when compared to standard so I thought perhaps we in this community could do our part to address this. So, with a new format on the horizon, a lot of people are posting regarding premium and how they can go about starting out in the format and converting their V decks over. Hi!! =) i started building nmd a while back, when i was first getting into vanguard & now it's come right back around where i'm interested but i'm super lost on how to build!! i understand roughly the mechanics of the deck, altho ngl i primarily deckbuild in card games cuz i like the designs and aesthetics.Just to be super clear, you aren't going to ever be too late to post a list - this is staying up here for a few days so keep on posting those lists! Lots of clans still without any lists - who will be the first for those clans we've had no mention of so far?
